A Message from the Pastors

Welcome to The Lighthouse Church!  With a beginning in 1978, we are one of the churches Jesus has recently built and located to shine his light to today's people.  He said in Matthew 16:18, "I will build My Church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.  And I will give you the keys to the Kingdom..."!  The "Church" literally meant "the called-out ones", those who turned from following man for solutions of life to following Jesus as Savior and Lord.  With Him, we shall overcome the world!

Our vision at The Lighthouse Church is to reach the unchurched with the Good News, and to heal the hurts and build the godly dreams of everyone in God's Kingdom.  Each of us has value and giftings from the Lord who made us, and becoming a part of the Church enables us to be valued and to use our gifts.  God's grace multiplies when we worship, serve, and live together.  As His body, we can bring much light to our area through music, drama, preaching, teaching, crusades, community outreach, and personal evangelism.

Psalm 92:13 says, "Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God."  The Spirit of God is fashioning The Lighthouse Church out of people from many backgrounds, talents, and interests "for such a time as this".  You are most welcome to fellowship with us, becoming planted deeply in the house of the Lord, so that our lives may abundantly flourish and shine with His light wherever we go.
